#RootsTech 2017 in Brief: Notes from the Conference -- #8

Steve Rockwood, CEO of FamilySearch, encourages everyone to use the FamilySearch.org Family Tree and to use the read-only section of FamilySearch.org for storing family trees is the Pedigree Resource File (PRF). The PRF has been around for a very long time, but it is still alive and well and gathering family trees from those who want to upload a GEDCOM file.

This year, they have invited two professional announcers for the programs. The Property Brothers. is the featured group to speak. They are also known as the Scott Brothers. I have to admit that I never heard of them for the simple reason that I have not watched TV in years.

The WiFi and the mobile network is overloaded right now, so no more photos for a while.
